Today I turn 70 and begin my 8th decade! How glorious is that??? New windows, new opportunities, new experiences and journeys - how blessed am I!
The number 7 (7+0=7) is a magical number. It is the number of receptivity,harmonic/spiritual awareness, integrity, the goddess and lunar revolution. It is the number of the 7 basic chakras and brings mystic power if we choose to tap into its vibration. It is THE psychic number.
The number 8 is the number of abundance, flow, strength, karmic awareness, energizing, balancing and resurrecting. The 8 forms an endless loop and generates a continuous flow of energy creating strength and stamina. Something a person in their 8th decade surely needs!
You can see why I am so excited. I see myself expanding spiritually, psychically, and karmically. The opportunities will be endless and the abundance will flow.
As I briefly look back over the last 7 decades I realize how everything that has happened, both “good” and “bad” have made me who and what I am today and led me to where I am in my spiritual growth. I have learned so much and have so much more to learn,
I am grateful for this meat suit that allows me to walk upon the earth and be among other peoples, cultures and religions. I realize that there is an essence in me, a soul, a spirit that is free to live forever, and that is a wondrous realization. I rejoice in this essence and know someday it will leave this meat suit and fly unfettered into the mist of the beyond. WOW!!!
My belief that the answer to everything is heart felt love is unshakeable. The Beatles were right on when they sang “All you need is love, love is all you need”. With love comes forgiveness, respect, compassion, care, and so much more. My wish for this birthday is that everyone concentrate on love each day, extend an unexpected kindness, and have FUN!
Today I want to express my extreme gratitude for all of you and the roles you have played and are playing in my life. I treasure each of you and rejoice in your sameness and respect your differences. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
